We want everyone to be able to use our website.

Living Real Estate Group LLC (“Living New York”) is committed to making its website usable by people of all abilities, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition and keyboard-only navigation. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What We Do

Structure pages with meaningful headings, landmarks and a “Skip to main content” link.
Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label all form fields.
Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
Respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting for animations and page transitions.
Offer an accessibility menu (the blue icon at the bottom-left of every page) to enlarge text, increase contrast, underline links, pause animations and switch to a more readable font.
Review the site for accessibility as we add new features and content.

Third-Party Content

Some content is provided by third parties, including listing information and photographs supplied through our listing data provider and the Real Estate Board of New York, embedded video, and interactive maps. We work with these providers to improve accessibility, but some third-party content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
